The ETA replaces Electronic Visa Waivers (EVW) and will apply to visitors who do not need a visa for stays of less than six months, and who do not have any other immigration status prior to travelling. 

Visitors will be required to apply for the ETA in advance of their travel; once granted the ETA will allow individuals to make multiple visits to the UK over a two-year validity period.

As of March 2023 the cost of the ETA has not yet been announced, however Government says it will be ‘competitive with similar international schemes such as the US and Australia’.  

The scheme will formally launch in October 2023 for Qatari visitors, followed by visitors from GCC states and Jordan from February 2024 and rolling out worldwide throughout 2024.

As we do not work directly with students the process should be centrally handled by your institution. Once the program is confirmed, your school will collect the monies and transfer the funds to us.

As all our programs run with your School’s name and brand identity, we don’t provide materials. All promotional activity will come directly from your institution. Talk to your Study Abroad/Global Engagement Office as they often have templates, webpages and events which can promote study trips!

Of course! This is a popular choice for smaller groups and we can run successful programs for Schools where students from different departments share travel and accommodations, but have different academics scheduled during the day.

Only at your invitation! We can run a joint trip for partner schools at your request. As these trips are academic, both schools need to agree the program curriculum suits the requirements of both schools. This is why we never consolidate groups.
